Obituary for Leona Frances Evans (Lively)
Mrs. Leona Frances Lively Evans, age 98, of Mount Juliet, TN, died Thursday, April 2, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, Kent Evans, Jr.
Mrs. Evans was born November 3, 1921, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. G.C. Lively of Lewisburg, WV.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her son, Dr. Cleveland Kent Evans, PhD, of Omaha NE; a daughter, Mary E. Elliott and son-in-law, Alex Elliott of Mount Juliet, TN; a granddaughter, Ashleigh E. Hall of Nashville, TN; a grandson, Charles A. Elliott and wife, Ashley H. Elliott; three great grandsons, Caden Elliott, Preston Elliott and Emerson Elliott of Newburgh, IN.
Of her eight siblings, she is survived by a younger sister, Ms. Cleo Lively of Seymour, TN.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
