Ordering flowers from our site ensures that your order will reach us or the family in a timely manner, and your gesture of support will remain acknowledged in the Book of Memories™ for future generations. We only work with local florists so we can maintain the sense of urgency and quality of your selections. We thank you for helping to support the family during their time of need, and will fondly remember your kind gesture.
We respect the sensitivity and dignity that comes with ordering tribute gifts from the funeral home. It is for this reason that we have attempted to design our online Sympathy Store with the utmost respect to the family and the deceased. We hope you find this service helpful during your time of need and would welcome any comments or suggestions you might have to help us serve our communities better.
Condolence:
When we were in Covington, I was fortunate enough to sing in the church choir and the minstrel shows with him. I thought a lot of him. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Patsy and the family.
Condolence: My heart breaks for all the family and friends who loved this wonderful man. At the same time I rejoice that he won the victory and received his perfect healing. I pray for your comfort and peace at this difficult time, I know he and Susan are having a wonderful reunion. My love and hugs to you all, Libby
Condolence: To all the family of O.E., I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. I’ve known O.E. since I started high school. I patronized the Old Forge Restaurant several times, but most of the memories came at Alleghany Country Club. Most rescently, our encounters were in food lion. I have many fond memories of him and just thinking about them bring a smile to my face. When I paired up everyone for the Friday night scramble at ACC, I would have Jr,myself, josh and the highest handicapper in the field with us. Josh was only 8 years old. We Never lost! And Jr didn’t mind telling folks that either! He praised josh so much and set a good example for him in that hour and a half on Friday nights, I never told him, but I appreciated that. There were a lot of fine people there, but none finer than Jr. He was a true gentleman and a kind hearted person. May God put his arms around each of you in comfort at this time. It’s awful hard to let go, but can you just imagine the greeting he got from Susan! God Bless you all!
