Obituary for Jerry Allen Keyser

Mr. Jerry Allen Keyser, age 52, of Hot Springs, died at his residence.
Mr. Keyser was born May 16, 1965 in Bath County, the son of Blanche Perkins and the late Ralph Michael Keyser. He was formerly employed by BARC as a lineman. Jerry enjoyed farming, cooking, hunting and was a true “Mountain Man”. He also enjoyed watching sports and loved spending time with his family. Mr. Keyser was of the Christian faith.
Mr. Keyser is survived by two brothers, Patrick Dale Keyser of Waterloo, SC, Michael Ralph Keyser and wife, Bonnie of Covington; three sisters, Sherry Ellen Keyser, Patricia Gail Crichenberger and Kathryn Keyser Hoke, all of Covington; a special niece, Nicky Hoke and husband, Aaron Persinger; a nephew, Sonny Keyser; a niece, Kaitlin Keyser; great nieces and nephews, Haydon and Nathon Washburn, Hanna and A.J. Persinger; a number of cousins; and his extended family, “The Dobsons”.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 13, 2017, from the chapel of Loving Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Hollenbeck officiating. Interment will follow in the family cemetery, 6311 Uplands Road, Covington.
Pallbearers will be Leroy Perkins, Chad Perkins, Kent Perkins, Bugs Phillips, Dewey Perkins, Jr., Jake Phillips, John Phillips and Adam Tucker. Alternate pallbearers will be Jay Crowder and Louie White.
